Great area for restaurant lovers. VU0703. Located in fashionable Melbourne Street, only minutes from the Central Business District, Exhibition Centre, Convention Centre, Festival Theatre, Casino, Adelaide University, Memorial Drive Tennis Courts, Aquatic Centre and North Adelaide Golf Links. 2 kms from the city centre. Trendy cafes and boutiques surround the hotel. 3 storey terraced building, currently painted pink colour. Medium size lobby, looks outdated, would benefit from renovation. Restaurant and a Cocktail Bar located on the ground floor, overlooking Melbourne Street. Rooms are in a reasonable condition, as are the bathrooms. There is a fridge but it isn't stocked as a mini bar. Rooms would benefit from renovation.
