Very close to shopping malls on Bourke Street and Little Collins Street. Flinders Street Station is 5 minutes away on foot. Nearby tram stops are on Swanston Street. Medium-rise building nestled amongst office blocks and other commercial buildings. Lobby is small in size with 2 lifts and a seating area. There is a cafe (open Monday to Saturday adjacent to the property. You can find so many restaurants and cafes nearby. They generally offer very good quality food at reasonable prices. ">
