A great property for those not wanting to be in the middle of the city. Ideally suited to those staying in Auckland longer and also families. The facilities, including a large swimming pool, tennis court and gym are also an excellent reason to stay in this superb modern hotel.SE0704 In the seaside suburb of Takapuna on Auckland's North shore. 8 kms from the Auckland central business district. A modern concrete and glass tower building 23 storeys. Most rooms have balconies with superb views over the harbour and shore area. A Large modern lobby. the reception desk is located near the elevators. Two lobby bars are alsolocated on the ground floor. The Dining Room is a large modern restaurant that emphasises the light and airy feel of the whole property due to extensive use of glass in the ceilings and main wall. Serves modern European and pacific cuisine. There is also the Bowl and Racquet Club bar and the Library Bar. Rooms are large with sunny aspect from the large windows. All rooms are decorated to a very high standard with good quality furnishings. Studio rooms have shower only. All rooms have all usual conveniences like mini-bar, air-con, iron and ironing board, in-house movies , etc.
