The hotel was an old coaching inn. The oak panelled rooms,log fires and leaded windows all go to create a cosy atmosphere. Guests can relax in front of an open fire in the lounge or in the st leger bar where guests will find racing memorabilia from nearby Doncaster racecourse, home of the famous st leger. Dining in the oak room restaurant is a pleasant experience, fresh produce is served amongst traditional decor, with oak beams running the length of the restaurant.
