Excellent small country house hotel, ideal for weekend retreats away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. MT-02/06 Tranquil country hotel with panoramic views over the Yorkshire dales. The hotel is set in the middle of West Yorkshire, close to the M62 motorway given it easy links to Manchester and Leeds. The original hotel is over 100 years old and after undergoing some tasteful extensions can accommodate over 30 guests. Whilst the lobby is quite small, it is very welcoming reception area which blends in with the other parts of the hotel. The hotel has one restaurant which serves fine local cuisine. All Bedrooms at The Hobbit are comfortably furnished in a homely cottage style. The offer the following facilities, Ensuite facilities, Satellite TV, Direct dial telephones and Tea/ Coffee facilities.
