Without a TV with windows, of course I would have suffered, but the refrigerator was needed for groceries. I went down again, asked. I was assured that there is a refrigerator in the room. I went to look for more. I didn't find it.) I went down again. This time I was directly told not to interfere and offered to go to another hotel. Which I kindly agreed to ;). Bottom line: after traveling for two months in Canada, I met a lot of Canadian people and I can say with confidence that they are great, kind, polite, reasonable people. Despite the pile of lies and propaganda splashed out on my country recently, I have never met malice or disrespect in my address. This hotel was an exception. Hopefully confirming the rule;). The hotel staff is not competent, not polite. I am sure they are good people and I do not wish them harm, but I do not recommend them to work with clients.
