Через пару дней проживания начались проблемы со светом. При открытом кране в ванной или на кухне постоянно отключалось электричество во всей квартире и его приходилось в щитке включать заново. По-видимому, проблема была в неисправном водонагревателе. С этим была масса неудобств, постоянно выключающийся свет, невозможность использовать стиральную машину и т.д. Со стороны владельцев не было приложено никаких усилий, чтобы решить проблему, сложилось впечатление, что им просто наплевать на свою квартиру и на гостей. Когда я ходе переписки написал, что мы заслуживаем частичного возврата средств (оценил в 30%), никакого ответа конечно же не получил, так и уехали. Считаю такую ситуацию и отношение хозяев абсолютно неприемлемыми, за такую цену (>1000 евро/8 ночей) можно найти варианты намного лучше.Firstly, I had not received answers to a few simple questions on the accommodation (e.g., how best to pay, whether an iron is working), I received answers only on the day of departure, which of course was a little disappointing. But that's not the point. After a couple of nights the problems started with the electricity. When the water was running in the bathroom or in the kitchen, the electricity was constantly shutting down in the entire apartment and we had to re-enable it in the panel. It appears that the problem was in the water heater which had a faulty wiring. There were a lot of inconveniences, like constant blackouts, inability to use a washing machine, etc. Apartment owners made no effort to solve the problem, the impression was that they simply do not care about the apartment and guests. I wrote that we deserve a partial refund (I estimated it at 30%) and, of course, received no further response. I suggest that this situation and the attitude of the owners is totally unacceptable, for this price (>1000 Euro/8 nights) one can find much better options with fully operational communications and responsiveness of the owners.
