Think thrice before booking this hotel or be prepared to deal with rude untrained staff.

Rude morning staff, arrived early and room not ready that's fine but to leave your luggage the hotel do not take any responsibility so had to dump all the luggage back to my car and the worse part was they didn't even ask us to complete the registration instead said come back at 3pm, when asked why don't you completethe registration so we don't waste time again doing the same when we arrive and the answer we got from the lady receptionist was the customerhas to ask for the registrationif they want to do it and its not her duty to ask customersto complete the registration and i was like really????. Hotel does not have AC just a small fan provided which obviously isn't enough for a double room when asking for extra fan explaining the night manager about my pregnant wife who couldn't sleep he said they recently bought and provided 1 fan in each room and said unfortunately they couldn't help if the weather is hot out. I mean such a dumb staff who do not care about customer at least show some empathy rather than a bluntly answer. Whole night went sleepless. Hotel really need to look for some customer focused staff or should give basic hotel training about attitude towards customers and most importantly how to give polite answer rather than showing frustration. Location, swimming, sauna and interior were on positive side and yes parking.

Очень хорошо

Близко к морю и променаду. Я был введён в заблуждение при бронировании номера с завтраком. Оказалось, что за завтрак нужно было доплачивать. Ресторан плохой, лучше кушать в другом месте.
