The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, and the bed linen was fresh and spotless. The rooms were well-equipped with everything needed, including shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. There was also a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all the necessary kitchen utensils, making
the stay very comfortable. The room was cleaned and towels were replaced daily. We also received a lovely complimentary gift from the hotel management to celebrate our anniversary, which was a very thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. Although the apartment had two air conditioners, only one of them was working, and it was located in the living room. We were traveling with children, and the outside temperature was around 34°C. The air conditioner cooled the living room and the children’s sleeping area, but the bedroom remained too warm. If we lowered the temperature enough to make the bedroom comfortable, the children became too cold. The apartment also had a capsule coffee machine, but only two coffee capsules were provided on the first day of our stay and were not replenished afterward.
