+ Clean rooms , bedsheets are spotless+ Bathroom is clean as well, not new but neat+ Many hygienic set options+ Breakfast is alright, cereal, eggs, salads , two options of fruits ( but they tasted old) , cold drinks are terrible ( like 10% of juice and 90% percent water) + We were let to check out
at 14.00 + Чистые номера, безупречное постельное белье. + Ванная тоже чистая, не новая, но аккуратная. + Множество вариантов гигиенических наборов + Завтрак нормальный, хлопья, яйца, салаты, два варианта фруктов (но на вкус они старые), холодные напитки ужасные (, 10% сока и 90% воды). + Нам позволили выписаться до 14.00. ( Рус ниже)- the refrigerator didn't work so I had to ask three times to change it ( all the drinks were warm)- the card system of entrance had issues after breakfast couldn't open the door.- we checked in at 6 p.m and asked for checking out at the same time if possible. But despite that we had a child and two pensioners receptionist didn't allow this. However the hotel was mostly empty. ( Before you say anything I know the policy of the hotels of checking out at 12, however I know when the hotel is mostly empty it is not a problem and is only upto receptionist)- didn't feel friendly atmosphere, no smiles, I felt unwelcomed here- very strange AC location, right under the head . It blew on the head and was impossible to close.- none of the staff speak English ( only one receptionist that works at day time)- the bed wasn't comfortable at all, it felt like sleeping under the carton board because the blanket was sort of solid.- no instructions on the parking and facilities of hotel .- холодильник не работал, пришлось три раза просить его поменять (все напитки были теплыми) - в карточной системе входа возникли проблемы после завтрака, невозможно было открыть дверь. - мы зарегистрировались в 18:00 и попросили выехать в то же время, если это возможно. несмотря на то что у нас был ребенок и двое пенсионеров (один из которых с больной ногой) администратор не разрешил. Хотя отель по большей части был пуст. (Прежде чем вы что-нибудь скажете, я знаю, что в отелях правила выезда в 12, однако я знаю, что когда отель практически пуст, это не проблема и зависит от администратора ) - не было ощущения дружеской атмосферы, никаких улыбок, я чувствовала себя здесь нежеланным гостем - очень странное расположение кондиционера, прямо под головой. Дуло на голову и невозможно было закрыть.
